What are the differences between the resorts?

All the resorts are built and maintained to the same high level of quality; the facilities provided at all the resorts include free parking, swimming pool, air conditioning, lift access to all apartments and fully fitted kitchens. There are some unique facilities to each of the resorts. Pyla Village and Majestic Gardens for example have tennis courts as well and Pyla Village has a children’s play area.

What facilities are included in my apartment?

All apartments have air conditioning throughout, fully fitted kitchens and a spacious living area. All the apartments either have a garden, a terrace or a balcony and all bar the Studio apartments are fitted with a bath and shower. The studio apartments only have a shower to optimise on the living space. All bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

How far from the resorts is Larnaca Airport?

It is approximately a 20 minute drive from our resorts to the airport.

How far is it to Larnaca town centre from the apartments?

It is approximately a 10 minute drive to the town centre.

What time is check in – check out of the apartment?

The standard check out time is 10am and check in is at 4pm. However, depending on the time of year this can be flexible.

Can I pre book a late check out of our apartment?

You can book a later check out time but it is subject to availability, please contact the sales team to confirm.

Do all apartments have balconies?

All apartments either have a garden, terrace or balcony. The ground floor apartments have a private garden or a terrace and the higher apartments have balconies. The penthouses all have large sun terraces.

Do the apartments have internet connection?

Unfortunately, because we are a new resort we cannot offer internet facilities currently, however, there are several local internet cafes in the town.

How far away from the resorts are the bars, restaurants & supermarket?

Within walking distance from the apartments (approx 5 minutes) you will find the traditional village where you can sample the local delights. Carrefour, the larger supermarket, is located in Larnaca town centre approx 10 minutes away.

Do you offer any disabled facilities?

Our complexes are not recognised as a disabled holiday destination however, all of our resorts have lifts to all floors, disabled car parking bays, wide doors and all areas are flat. There is also access poolside and to the tennis courts and disabled toilets are located at the pool.

What extra charges are there to pay on arrival?

At BMS we pride ourselves on having no hidden costs and there are certainly no extra or hidden charges on arrival in Cyprus.

Can I pre book transfers?

Certainly! We can book transfers for you from the airport to your apartment. Transfers are available from Mon – Fri, 0900-1700. They are 25 Euros for a single journey with a maximum of 4 people per taxi.

Outside these hours and at weekends it costs 35 Euros for a single journey.

Is a car essential?

How do I book?

There are two options for going about booking your apartment in Larnaca. You can either book via our secure online booking system or, alternatively, you can call our friendly sales team who will be happy to advise and help you confirm your reservation and any special requirements by telephone.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

When will I receive my confirmation?

Within 24hrs of confirming your reservation a confirmation will be sent to you by either e-mail or post.

When do I have to pay the balance of my holiday?

The balance of your holiday is normally payable 10 weeks before departure.

When will I receive keys & travel documents?

Approximately 7-10 days before departure all your documentation will be sent to your home address.

What do I do with the keys on my return?

We ask that customers please return keys to BMS TRAVEL in the envelope provided after their holiday.

What happens if I have a problem whilst in Cyprus?

BMS have a management team in Cyprus available 24/7 for any emergency, should you need any assistance.

What type of adaptors do I need for my electrical items?

No adapter is required as Cyprus uses the same voltage as the UK.

Is there a local bus service?

Yes, there is but it is not particularly reliable, it should depart on the hour from the village square. As previously mentioned we strongly advise hiring a car for the duration of your stay in Larnaca.

Can I hire a cot?

BMS can provide cots and high chairs for a small price if required. Please make any special requirements known when you are making your booking.

Are group discounts available?
