Booking Terms & Conditions

Your contractual arrangements are with Love2stay Ltd, specialising in the rental of private apartments in Cyprus for independent holidays.
Please read the Terms and Conditions set out below prior to making your reservation. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Love2stay Ltd.
The person who makes the booking must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking and accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is also responsible for all payments due from the party.
Payment:
A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to the arrival date in Cyprus. For reservations made within 10 weeks of your arrival, full payment will be due. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2% charge.
Check In/Check Out:
Check in time is normally 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is requested by 11am on departure day. Later check out may be available on certain days, please contact our property management company in Cyprus to arrange this.
Property Management Company in Cyprus:
Our property management company in Cyprus is Enjoy Worldwide Ltd. Should you have any problems with your apartment during your stay, please call them on 00 357 24 647 820 during office hours (0800 - 1800 hours)or visit them at Antoniou Court (next to Pyla Palms). Enjoy Worldwide Ltd provide an out of hours (1800 - 0800 hours) emergency number for property emergencies on 00 357 967 16202.
Transfers:
Transfers to and from the airport are not included in this booking but taxis can be arranged through Enjoy Worldwide Ltd on 00 357 24 647 820 or email: julie@enjoy-worldwide.com
Extras:
Extras such as Welcome Packs and cot or high chairs can be arranged through Enjoy Worldwide Ltd on the contact details above.
MInimum Stay:
The minimum stay is 3 nights. If a rental is taken for less than 3 nights, the guest will be charged the 3 night rate.
Damage to Property:
All of the apartments are privately owned and should be treated with respect. Please report any damage or breakages to Enjoy Worldwide Ltd immediately. In the event of any damage caused by wilful intent or negligence a charge will be made locally by our property management company Enjoy Worldwide Ltd or an invoice will be sent to you on your return home.
Changes by the client:
An amendment by a client that requires a new invoice/confirmation will incur a charge of £15.00.
Cancellation by the client:
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
More than 42 days prior to booking start date – deposit only
8 to 42 days – 25% or deposit, whichever is greater
Within 8 days of arrival in Cyprus – 100%
Non arrival on the due date will be looked on as cancellation and charges will apply as above.
We strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover any losses arising from cancellation.
Occupancy:
Only those occupants stated on the Booking Form will be allowed. The maximum occupancy for each apartment will be strictly adhered to.
Swimming Pools:
The swimming pools are unattended. Adults are responsible for ensuring the safety of any children in their care at all times.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
Air Conditioning:
To help us keep our rental prices low we would appreciate your co-operation concerning the use of the air conditioning supplied in the property. We respectfully ask you to ensure that the air conditioning units are turned off whilst you are not in the apartment.
Linen and Bath Towels:
There is no daily housekeeping service. Linen and bath towels are supplied for your stay. If you require a laundry service during your stay please call 00 357 24 647 820.
Complaints:
Love2stay Ltd exercises due care and attention with all reservations and monitors standards of accommodation in order to ensure high quality apartments for our clients. In the unlikely event you have cause for complaint during your stay, you should notify Enjoy Worldwide Ltd in Cyprus on 00 357 967 16202 immediately to enable a member of staff to rectify the matter.
Resort Development:
Love2stay Ltd cannot accept responsibility for noise or other inconvenience caused by development work outside any property we represent, including road works. Should we be aware of any major works that may spoil your holiday we will aim to notify you prior to your arrival in Cyprus.
